Instructions

  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  3. Set the temperature to 270°F (132°C) and cook for 15 to 17 minutes.
  4. Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and water.
  5. Transfer the eggs immediately to the ice bath once cooking time is up.
  6. Let them sit in the ice bath for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Crack each egg gently on a hard surface and roll under your palm to loosen the shell.
  8. Peel the eggs from the wider end, rinsing under cold water if necessary.

Notes

To enhance peeling, use eggs that are a week or two old. Adjust cooking time for a creamier yolk.
