Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the baby carrots with honey, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
