- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with salt and pepper. Toss chicken cubes in the mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve the skewers hot, drizzled with Bang Bang sauce on top or on the side.
Notes
For best results, check the chicken’s doneness with a meat thermometer. Adjust spices in the breadcrumbs for added flavor.
