Description

A flavorful dish combining crispy chicken and spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for appetizers or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil with salt and pepper. Toss chicken cubes in the mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Serve the skewers hot, drizzled with Bang Bang sauce on top or on the side.

Notes

For best results, check the chicken’s doneness with a meat thermometer. Adjust spices in the breadcrumbs for added flavor.
