Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, then coat them in the almond flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, toss the air-fried cauliflower with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
