- 1 head Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Almond flour
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, then coat them in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the air-fried cauliflower with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
