  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Gather chicken and vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine spices in a separate bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and vegetables, then toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the spice blend and toss again for even coverage.
