Homemade Easy Cheesy Pizza Pockets are quick, kid-friendly, and full of melty cheese. A delightful and customizable snack or meal that the whole family will love.

- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (or other favorite toppings)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce on one half of each rectangle.
- Add mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings on top of the sauce.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For perfect results, avoid overfilling and maintain space between pockets during baking. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
