Description
Crack Chicken Tenders are an easy, indulgent dinner recipe that combines creamy ranch and cheesy goodness with a crunchy coating.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, trimmed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Lightly grease the sheet.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until smooth. Fold in half of the cheddar and half of the Parmesan.
- Place crushed crackers or panko in a shallow dish. Press each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then into the cracker crumbs, coating all sides. Arrange on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil. Bake for 12–16 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the tenders rest for three minutes before serving.
