Description

The Chicken Caesar Sandwich delivers big taste with little fuss. Crisp romaine, bold Caesar dressing, and crunchy chicken between crusty bread make this a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 cup cooked and crunchy chicken (fried or grilled)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients. Cook the chicken if it is not already cooked.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing until well coated.
  3. Take one slice of the bread and place a layer of the Caesar-dressed romaine on it.
  4. Add the crunchy chicken on top of the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread.
  7. Slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Assemble the sandwich just before serving to keep the textures crisp. Store the dressed lettuce separate from the bread and chicken if prepping ahead.
