Description

A quick and delicious sandwich featuring creamy avocado, tender shredded chicken, and melted cheese on crispy toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mashed avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread the chicken and avocado mixture evenly on one slice of bread.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.

  6. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve.
